You are a certified surgical technician HF and want to continue working in the operating theatre, but are deliberately looking for a very small and flexible workload? Then you are exactly right in our surgical technology staff pool. We are building a flexible staff pool for our operating theatre operations and are looking for committed professionals to support us during personnel shortages.

Your Tasks
- Assignments as a certified surgical technician HF in our operating theatre operations
- Instrument handling and assisting according to your expertise
- Support during increased operating theatre utilisation, sick leave and short-term personnel shortages
- Work in various specialist areas according to your experience and skills
- Professional and patient-oriented perioperative care
- Close collaboration with the various professional groups in the operating theatre
- The employment is on a 5% hourly wage basis. The pool is intended to enable us to deploy staff flexibly and specifically where support is needed. We take into account both your personal availability and the needs of our operating theatre operations
- Employment on a 5% hourly wage basis
- Assignments are planned according to availability and by arrangement
- Early and as far as possible, planned deployment scheduling
- Assignments during increased operating theatre utilisation, illness and short-term absences
- Opportunity to take on individual additional shifts
- Deployment according to your professional qualification and experience
- You remain part of our operating theatre team, even if you deliberately want to work only a small workload
Your Profile
- Completed training as a certified surgical technician HF or equivalent, recognised in Switzerland
- Professional experience in the operating theatre area
- Independent, reliable and responsible working style
- Enjoyment of working in an interprofessional team
- Flexibility and willingness to step in during personnel shortages
- High professional and social competence
- Willingness to contribute your knowledge and experience to our operating theatre operations
