Your area of responsibility

• Together with your team, you contribute to an optimal flow of consultations and take on versatile tasks in the surgery secretariat
• You welcome our patients in a friendly and competent manner and advise them personally as well as by telephone
• Your varied range of tasks includes the planning and coordination of patient appointments, also in the specialist areas of spinal, hand and plastic surgery
• As a reliable contact person, you competently and empathetically support internal and external offices, referrers as well as patients

Your experience

• You have completed training as a medical secretary and/or as a medical practice assistant with professional experience
• Commitment, team spirit and openness to new processes characterise you as much as your passion for the profession
• Very good IT skills as well as sound knowledge of medical terminology complete your profile
