About the job
The district capital Dietikon is a vibrant regional center and an important economic location in the rapidly growing Limmattal. The fifth largest city in the canton of Zurich has around 28,000 inhabitants. The Dietikon school includes six school units with around 3,200 students from kindergarten to secondary level as well as around 700 employees.
As of July 1 or by arrangement, we are looking to complement our team in school administration with a
- Student administration, from admission to departure of the students
- Contact and information point for teachers, parents, city administration, as well as official authorities
- Preparation and follow-up of student committee meetings as well as minute taking
- Administration in the area of care (creating care contracts, tariff calculations and invoicing, coordination with the head of care department and care management)
- Secretarial tasks such as telephone, counter, and mail service
- Completed commercial training
- Professional experience preferably in the area of student administration in a school administration
- Qualification as a school administration specialist SIB/VPZS is an advantage
- Independent and customer-oriented working style, high social competence
- Very good IT skills (MS Office; Scolaris and CMI desirable)
- Willingness to adjust working and vacation times according to the school year rhythm
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form
