Job Description

Within a cybersecurity team, your main mission will be to play a central role in securing our IT estate and infrastructure, as part of the strategic strengthening of our cybersecurity capabilities.

In this context, you will be responsible for:

• Leading the definition, deployment and management of endpoint security solutions (EDR, XDR, encryption, antivirus), while ensuring compliance and hardening of Windows and Linux systems
• Developing advanced security standards for workstations, servers and VDI environments, based on recognised benchmarks such as those from CIS
• Overseeing the overall email security strategy, including the implementation of DMARC, rotation of DKIM keys, maintenance of SPF/BIMI records and combating identity spoofing
• Conducting regular security audits, analysing DMARC forensic reports and actively contributing to the continuous improvement of the organisation’s security posture
• Leading cross-functional cybersecurity projects, in close collaboration with IT and business teams, from requirements definition to solution deployment
• Participating in technology watch, writing technical documentation, as well as training and raising awareness among teams on best security practices
• Embodying a technical and strategic reference role in an international context with high compliance and cyber resilience stakes

Qualifications

• Proven experience of at least 5 years in the same field, notably in managing EDR/XDR solutions
• Mastery of the Windows/Linux security environment
• Experience leading or contributing to large-scale system hardening projects, including implementation of CIS benchmarks, GPO management and VDI security
• Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Bash), configuration management tools, and demonstrating documentation rigour and automation skills
• Expertise in securing email infrastructures (DMARC, DKIM, SPF, BIMI), as well as deliverability management and anti-phishing prevention
• Strong skills in cybersecurity project management and ability to unite stakeholders around a clear, results-oriented vision
• Knowledge of compliance standards (ISO 27001, NIST…) and integrating security as a lever for resilience and performance
