Customer Relations Agent Apprenticeship CFC
Your mission
By becoming a customer relations apprentice, you will ensure the link between tpg and the customers.
During the three years of apprenticeship, you will be led to work in different departments such as our sales agencies and our customer relations service.
Your activities
- writing personalized emails and letters to our customers,
- handling telephone requests,
- conducting satisfaction surveys with our customers,
- selling transport tickets within our agencies, advising and informing customers.
Your profile
- completed compulsory schooling,
- a strong interest in the world of transport and human contacts,
- good writing skills and a good level of French,
- a good foundation in English (level A2 to B1),
- a sense of responsibility and confidentiality,
- enjoy helping others.
