Innovation Network Eastern Switzerland (INOS) at the Institute for Production and Supply Chain Management (PSCM-HSG) INOS is an inter-cantonal project to promote innovation among SMEs in the Eastern Swiss cantons. In addition to product innovations, the support of business developments (business models), cooperation, technology and process innovations, as well as innovations in organization and financing fall within the scope of tasks. INOS supports innovation through local initial consulting, coaching and expert knowledge, as well as project-oriented knowledge and technology transfer between SMEs.

Your Tasks
- Conceptual development and operational implementation of models, methods, and solutions in the context of regional innovation systems
- Independent handling of research questions, e.g., impact measurement, design, and further development of innovation systems
- Collection, preparation, and analysis of qualitative and quantitative data and their meaningful presentation
- Preparation, execution, and moderation of workshops as well as presentations at management level
- Transfer of research results into practice through independent projects in close cooperation with the Innovation Network Eastern Switzerland (INOS)
- Participation in the operational management of the innovation network
- Support in teaching (supervision of students, conducting exercises or seminars)

Your Profile
- Very good university degree (Master or equivalent) in Business Administration, Economics, Economic Geography, Innovation or Regional Research, Social Sciences, or related disciplines with a grade point average of at least 5.0 (equivalent to 2.0 in DE and AT)
- Interest in practice-oriented research in the field of innovation systems, regional development, and network management
- High analytical and conceptual skills as well as enjoyment of interdisciplinary work
- Independent, structured working style as well as ability to work in a team
- Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form as well as confident handling of common MS Office programs
