Team Leader Cleaning Slicer Centre (New Building Oensingen)

In this role, you lead the cleaning department in the Slicer Centre. During night shifts, you ensure efficient, hygienic, and environmentally friendly cleaning of all areas – from offices to production rooms. Together with your team, you guarantee smooth operations as well as compliance with quality and safety standards, thereby contributing to the success of the site.

Your responsibilities

• Leadership and development of employees including deployment planning, information, qualification, and motivation
• Active participation in the cleaning process and support of the team in daily operational business
• Ensuring cleaning organisation according to daily and annual plans in coordination with the responsible departments
• Responsibility for cleanliness and hygiene in offices, changing rooms, break rooms, as well as in workwear cleaning
• Optimisation of workflows with regard to cost-effectiveness, quality, cleanliness, and occupational safety
• Adherence to the budget in the leadership area and sustainable use of cleaning and disinfectant agents

Your profile

• Several years of proven experience in the cleaning industry in a leadership role
• Completed training in a relevant field (e.g. Facility Management)
• Sound knowledge of cleaning processes and experience in the food industry is an advantage
• Confident use of MS Office
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Willingness to work night shifts as well as flexibility for weekend and public holiday duties
