Internship Care & Support
6 - 12 months at 80 - 100% workload
The internship can be completed as preparation for an apprenticeship or as an opportunity for career entry for graduates of the SRK nursing assistant training.
What to expect during the internship with us
You will learn the basics of care step by step - accompanied and supported by experienced professionals.
You help with the care and daily activities of our residents and experience how important closeness, patience, and small gestures are.
You work according to hygiene & safety guidelines and learn why these play a central role in everyday care.
You support order, cleanliness, and a homely atmosphere so that everyone can feel comfortable.
You get to know the daily routine of care and receive a realistic picture of
care professions
What you bring with you
Interest in getting to know the work in care and spending time with elderly people
Enjoy helping and learning in a team
Reliability, openness, and sense of responsibility
Good German skills in spoken and written form
Physical and mental resilience for everyday care and support
