Your Tasks
- Shaping nursing at a high level. From primary caregiver work to leading groups and projects on the ward
- Close cooperation in the interdisciplinary team as well as collaboration with relatives and involved specialist agencies
- Targeted use of specialist expertise in change processes
- Willingness for professional development in the acute psychiatric setting
- Deputizing for the ward management during vacation absences
- Exchange in the nursing specialist group of the inpatient services / cooperation with the nursing expert team (APN)
Your Profile
- Completed nursing training (HF/FH, PsyKP, AKP, DN II, BScN)
- Professional experience in psychiatry, preferably in acute psychiatry and in an outreach and/or day clinic setting
- Independent working, high reliability
- High empathy and social skills with healthy assertiveness
- Ability to inspire others
- Bachelor students are welcome and will be specifically supported
