Tasks
- Identify residents' needs and resources for their well-being.
- Support care in line with residents' resources and potentials.
- Participate in interdisciplinary care and individual project planning.
Skills
- Must hold a CFC ASSC and have empathy for the elderly.
- Fluency in French, both spoken and written, is essential.
- Strong responsibility sense and flexibility in work hours required.

About the job
La Maison des Bosquets offers a comprehensive long-term stay service in geriatrics and psychogeriatrics for 130 residents. It is a place open to the outside, inclusive and dynamic both for the residents and the staff, including a restaurant and a grocery store open to the local population.
In view of the opening of our new unit, we are looking for a
ASSC Assistant in Community Care and Health 80% to 100%
Want to join us? Your main responsibilities:
- Identify the needs and resources of the residents
- Support and/or substitute taking into account their resources and potential
- Ensure various care according to the care delegation framework
- Participate in the individual project approach of the residents and in interdisciplinary care
- Participate in the nursing care project approach
Your profile:
- Holder of the CFC ASSC
- Autonomy, sense of reflection, listening and empathy
- Interest in elderly people and teamwork
- Sense of responsibility, flexibility in working hours (day and/or night)
- Proficiency in spoken and written French and computer tools
