• Active, passionate customer advice in the living area
• Leadership, motivation and development of the sales team
• Demonstrating sales excellence through your own top performance
• Planning and designing individual living solutions (3D tools)
• Achieving and exceeding sales and quality targets
• Implementing sales strategies directly in the branch

Your profile

• Experience in sales, ideally in furniture or interior design
• Initial leadership experience or a clear willingness to take responsibility
• Strong closing skills and entrepreneurial thinking
• Inspiring, positive charisma
• Interest in 3D living planning with technical aids
• High self-motivation and commitment
