We are H+O communications Ltd., a renowned communications agency in the healthcare sector, as well as healthbook, a medical publisher based in Zug. Our expertise lies in the development of high-quality communication measures across print and digital channels.
To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed and organised Assistant Project Management & Events (100%) (m, f, d) who, with organisational talent and initiative, successfully supports our projects.
Your tasks
Project Assistance: Supporting the team in planning, coordinating and implementing communication and publication projects.
Event Management: Organising and managing training sessions, congresses and webinars (on-site and virtual).
Communication & Coordination: Internal and external correspondence, interface with partners, sponsors and speakers.
Organisation & Administration: Scheduling, preparing meetings, creating presentations, documentation and minute-taking.
Your profile
Experience: At least 2-3 years of professional experience in assistance, project coordination or event organisation, ideally in healthcare, media or service sectors.
Skills: Organisational talent, quick prioritisation, fast comprehension, independent and solution-oriented working.
Competences: Confident use of MS Office, very good German and English in spoken and written form.
Qualification: Commercial training or degree or comparable background.
