Bilingual Legal Counsel

Your area of responsibility
We from the Legal Team accompany Energie 360° and its subsidiaries on the path to a successful and renewable energy future. We work closely with our internal and external clients, actively use AI and align our way of working to create as much positive impact as possible.

As part of our team, you will take on the legal support of Energie 360° and its subsidiaries in the German and French-speaking parts of Switzerland. You can expect varied tasks and issues:

• You support our projects and employees in all legal matters. The focus is on the topics of gas, energy networks, energy solutions and electromobility
• You draft, review and negotiate contracts of all kinds with key clients, project partners
• You are responsible for our project business and our mobility activities in Western Switzerland from a legal perspective
• You take care of regulatory issues as well as public law and competition law matters
• You handle legal cases and represent us in proceedings before authorities and courts

Your profile
You are a motivated and team-oriented personality who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering tangible results. You are used to working independently, efficiently and digitally, like to take responsibility and enjoy developing pragmatic solutions for demanding projects as part of a team.

After your studies, you obtained the Swiss bar admission. Afterwards, you worked for several years in a business law-oriented law firm and possibly also in the legal department of a company. You have sound knowledge of contract law and ideally have gained as much professional experience as possible in the areas of activity of our company.

German or French is your mother tongue, and you are fluent in the other language as well – also in the legal context.

Our Legal Team is based at the headquarters in Zurich, where you should be present 1-2 days per week. On the other days, you work flexibly from home or at one of our locations in Zurich, Fribourg or Lausanne.
