Skills
- Abschluss als diplomierte Pflegefachperson HF erforderlich.
- Methodisch-didaktische Kompetenzen sind notwendig.
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Sozialkompetenz sind wichtig.

Training Manager 80–100 %
Your tasks
- You accompany, promote and support our apprentices and students from various training levels on their individual learning paths.
- You coach and empower our vocational trainers in their demanding training roles.
- You conduct learning support and practical assignments directly in the residential groups and departments.
- You continuously develop the education area together with the team and contribute new ideas.
- You maintain exchange with vocational schools, higher vocational schools, and the HF training association AR/AI.
- You actively participate in recruiting new apprentices and students and represent our institution as an attractive training centre.
Your profile
- Qualification as a certified nursing professional HF
- Methodical-didactic skills; ideally you hold a qualification as a trainer with a federal specialist certificate or the SVEB certificates 1 and 2.
- Enjoyment in accompanying, promoting and supporting people in their development.
- Strong communication and social skills as well as enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Skill in handling challenging situations and a solution-oriented working style.
- Entrepreneurial thinking and willingness to share responsibility.
- Organisational talent as well as enjoyment of administrative and coordinative tasks.
