Medical Practice Assistant (MPA) 60–100%

Your tasks

Your working day with us is varied and combines classic medical activities with modern treatments and direct patient contact.

Tasks:

• Assisting with medical treatments in general dermatology and aesthetic medicine
• Preparation and organisation of consultation rooms as well as medical treatment rooms
• Independent execution of epilation laser treatments and electrical epilation after appropriate training
• Caring for our patients before, during, and after various treatments
• Conducting medical information and consultation discussions within your competencies
• Rotation at reception and active contribution to a professional and warm patient experience
• Advising on high-quality cosmetics and cosmeceuticals
• Photo documentation with professional camera systems
• Organisation and management of medical consumables and supplies
• Ordering and inventory control
• Taking on own areas of responsibility in daily practice

• have a quick grasp of new information
• find a neat and professional appearance a matter of course
• are interested in dermatology and aesthetic medicine
• have good English skills; additional languages are an advantage
• are confident with MS Office

Knowledge of Vitomed is an advantage but not a requirement.
