Course Administration Officer 60 %
HEKS Integration Programme HIP and Nivo offer German and literacy courses at various levels as well as the fide test.
For our programmes in the field of language promotion in Bern, we are looking for an open-minded and independent personality as of 1 December 2026 or by arrangement
- You are jointly responsible for the smooth functioning of course administration.
- You organise the German courses and language certificates with our course management software (course announcements, participant administration, room and material organisation, accounting).
- You support the cost centre manager and the quality manager in their tasks (controlling, creation of course statistics, etc.).
- You are the contact person for course participants, interested parties, course instructors, child carers, and external bodies, e.g. social services.
- You organise and maintain the hardware and software in the courses.
- You already have commercial professional experience, ideally in course management.
- You are an organisational talent with a quick grasp and a good sense of context.
- You create and edit documents and appointments effortlessly with Microsoft 365 (especially Word, Excel, Outlook) and have a flair for numbers.
- You prioritise your tasks daily, handle interruptions effortlessly, and appreciate your broad range of duties.
- You work independently, in a structured, precise, and very reliable manner.
- You approach changes openly and flexibly. Where not everything is yet established, you see scope for design rather than obstacles.
- You are a team player, enjoy working with different people, and can bring together various perspectives and needs.
