About the job
Activities- Supporting a meaningful and well-organised daily structure. Introducing and accompanying our clients in their new environment
- Assuming the role of contact and trusted person in all matters
- Supporting and contributing to secure accommodation by enforcing house rules, attendance and cleanliness checks, de-escalation talks in conflicts up to taking sanctions
- Organising as well as instructing and situationally assisting with internal workfare: preparing cleaning materials and ensuring general housekeeping tasks, laundry and clothing cleaning, enforcing hygiene regulations
- Organising and conducting admissions, discharges and transfers
- Knowing, practising and responding correctly in emergencies – coordinating with fire brigade, police and medical emergency organisations and coordinating with centre management
- Maintaining and managing care dossiers
Requirements
- Secondary level II: Federal Vocational Certificate (EBA) or equivalent professional experience
- 2 to 3 years relevant professional experience
- Basic and user knowledge of MS Office applications
- Impeccable character (no entries in debt enforcement and criminal records)
- Career changers welcome
