Electrician with Leadership Responsibility
Tasks
- Independent control and monitoring of the sawing line as well as the production facilities
- Coordination and leadership of the team including planning of employee deployments
- Monitoring of plant performance, product quality and adherence to delivery deadlines
- Active participation in troubleshooting (electrical and mechanical), process optimisation as well as revisions and maintenance
- Support and representation of the production manager in the operational area
Requirements
- Electrical or mechanical training with maintenance experience
- Independent and solution-oriented working style
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form, English skills are a plus
- Experienced in using MS Office and motivated to continue learning
- Leadership experience is an advantage
