Market Development Manager Wound Care (100%)
Neuhausen am Rheinfall and/or remote
In this position, you are responsible for the sustainable expansion of the "wound care business" in the homecare sector. You strengthen the use and anchoring of our products for the care of chronic wounds among various stakeholders (Spitex organisations, doctors, wound clinics, KOL, etc.) and ensure dynamic growth of this business area.
Your task includes understanding market mechanisms as well as developing and implementing effective initiatives for this purpose. You define and implement targeted measures to anchor our modern wound care products with the relevant target groups, also utilising digital activities. You focus strongly on commercial implementation in the market, continuously develop the activities and scale them together with the team. Thanks to convincing "selling and communication skills", a hands-on mentality, and deep professional understanding, you succeed in convincing customers and partners of our product concepts and effectively playing the market mechanisms.
As a team player, you enthusiastically collaborate with internal and external interface partners and drive development forward. The interdisciplinary team (sales, marketing, digital, corporate division) supports you in all these tasks and looks forward to working with you!
Competencies:
- Certified wound expert SAfW or comparable knowledge
- Experience in the homecare/Spitex landscape in Switzerland, knowledge of market mechanisms and a good sense of customer needs
- Strong "selling & commercial skills" with drive and passion, as well as a solution-oriented hands-on mentality
- Good conceptual skills, "fast learner", agile and resilient to effectively drive and implement projects and initiatives
- Fluent German and good English skills (spoken and written), French skills are an advantage
