Your new job

• Ensuring the efficient, safe and economical operation of buildings and infrastructure at several locations in Upper Valais
• Carrying out minor maintenance work; focus is on coordination and ensuring operations
• Coordinating cleaning work
• Ensuring collaboration and coordination with landlords, suppliers and external service providers
• Planning and organising furniture, materials, moves and space optimisations
• Conducting site inspections and implementing optimisation measures
• Leading the cleaning team
• Ensuring efficient documentation, storage and material management

Your qualifications

• Training as a Facility Management Specialist EFZ or similar basic craft training
• Several years of experience in building operations and service coordination
• Independent, service- and solution-oriented working style
• Leadership experience or experience in coordinating small teams
• German language skills at level B2
• Own vehicle advantageous
