What we are looking for you for

What you will achieve with us

• You support customer contact via telephone, email, social media, and video calls
• You help build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• You support the planning, organization, and execution of customer events and marketing activities
• You work closely with the sales team, back office, and technical service team
• You prepare offers, presentations, and competitive research
• You prepare information for forecasts, customer planning, and internal reports
• You maintain and update our CRM system regarding projects, sales opportunities, and status updates
• You support the creation of sales documents for existing and new customers

What you bring with you

• You are currently studying business administration, business informatics, or a comparable course of study and are enrolled for at least two more semesters
• Ideally, you have some practical experience in sales or customer contact (internship, working student position, part-time job – not mandatory)
• You are ambitious, customer-oriented, and enjoy sales
• You work independently, structured, and like to take responsibility
• You have good knowledge of MS Office as well as initial experience with collaboration tools and social media
• You have an interest in IT topics and enjoy working your way into new solutions
• You communicate clearly and reliably, have very good German skills and good English skills
• You enjoy working in a team and bring an open, service-oriented attitude
