As an IT Specialist EFZ in Application Development (starting August 2027), you will dive straight into the world of software development with us.
It’s not just about coding – it’s about turning ideas into functioning solutions and actively contributing to real projects.
Your 4-year challenge with us:
During your apprenticeship, you will develop software, analyse requirements, and implement solutions step by step.
You will work, among other things, on our digital marketplace "HARTMANN easy" and be part of a team of developers.
Your mission:
- Develop features and advance existing applications
- Analyse challenges and find creative solutions
- Test software (automated & manual)
- Document and further develop code
- Collaborate with teams from Sales, Marketing, Logistics, and Finance
What you need to enter the arena:
- Attendance of the final year of secondary school or already completed with good to very good grades
- Good written & oral communication skills
- A flair for numbers and foreign language skills
- Enjoyment of computer work and organisational skills
- Reliability, sociability, and enjoyment of teamwork
