For a maternity cover, we are looking immediately for a motivated and committed person who enjoys taking responsibility together with the team.
As department head, you keep an overview and work closely with the area management. Together you lead the employees and face the challenges of everyday care – always with a view to the needs of our residents.
Department Head Care & Support (fixed-term)
YOUR TASKS- You share responsibility for the management and organisation of the Niederbipp site with 36 beds and work closely with the area management
- You provide support and guidance, ensure structure and pitch in where your help is needed
- You actively participate in direct care and, together with your team, ensure a high quality of care and support in everyday life
- You always keep the needs and well-being of our residents in mind and, together with your team, ensure that they feel well cared for, respected and safe
YOUR PROFILE
- You have experience in long-term care and enjoy taking on responsibility.
- As a leader, you know how to lead your team and provide guidance – even when things get hectic
- You quickly adapt to new situations and structures, work independently and can quickly familiarise yourself with your tasks
- You remain solution-oriented, decisive and keep an overview even in challenging situations
- You have completed training as a certified nurse HF
