Your Tasks

• Professional and personnel management of the dispatch department and driving staff
• Responsibility and organisation of daily transport operations
• Organisation of driving staff and contract drivers
• Deployment planning of assigned employees and the vehicle fleet
• Implementation of customer requirements
• Contact person for internal and external customers
• Control functions in the area of time recording and ARV control
• Training and introduction of assigned employees

Your Profile

• Commercial basic training
• Further training in the field of transport and logistics dispatcher
• Several years of solid professional experience in dispatch in Switzerland is essential, preferably in the area of general cargo
• Leadership experience in a comparable role
• Customer-oriented, precise and efficient working style
• Quick comprehension, networked thinking and good communication skills
• Resilient, responsible and confident appearance
• Very good oral and written expression in the German language
• Good PC user skills (Microsoft Office, SAP)
• French language skills are an advantage
