We are looking for a
Reservations Supervisor (m/f/d) 80-100% from April 1, 2026 or by arrangement
These tasks await you:
- Responsibility for the group reservations area
- Maintenance of the customer base in the leisure groups area
- Collaboration with the sales department in the leisure groups area
- Support of the Guest Service Agents in handling guest correspondence
- Support of the Guest Service Agents in answering internal and external calls
- Maintenance of the system landscape at the front office (focus on reservations and pre-/post-stay)
- Optimization of existing processes in the back office (focus on reservations)
- Training the team in the reservations area
- Deputizing the front office management team in their absence
You bring with you:
- Completed training in the hotel industry, ideally with a focus on front office or administration
- Professional experience at the front office
- Experience in the reservations area is an advantage
- Structured and independent way of working
- Quick comprehension and a good understanding of the processes in everyday hotel life
- Strong sense of responsibility and service orientation
- Flawless German and English skills, spoken and written (any additional language is an advantage)
