Your Tasks

Independent processing of export orders including customs and shipping documentation
Preparation of delivery notes, freight documents, and all relevant export documents
Coordination and communication with customers, freight forwarders, and internal departments
Deadline monitoring and ensuring smooth shipping processes
Participation in the continuous improvement of export procedures

Your Profile

Completed commercial training
Professional experience in export or international logistics is desirable
Solid knowledge of customs and shipping processing
Independent, structured, and careful working style
Team-oriented, communicative, and service-minded
Very good German skills, English skills are an advantage
Confident handling of MS Office, ideally experience with ERP systems
