Your Tasks
Supporting people with dementia is not just a task for you, but a matter close to your heart? Then you are exactly right with us!
As a night watch, you take on the care and supervision of our residents during the night hours in collaboration with two other colleagues. With a lot of empathy and attentiveness, you ensure safety, calm, and security. You carry out regular rounds, respond confidently to individual needs, and assist with nursing tasks as required.
What distinguishes you? Your responsible and independent working style, your respectful interaction with people, as well as your calm and reliable manner. Even in demanding situations, you keep a clear head and act prudently.

Your Profile
- Training at assistant level (Health/Social Assistant EBA, Nursing Assistant FA), SRK course/basic VBB course
- Experience in long-term care
- Resilience, empathy, and willingness to work at night.
