Your tasks:
In your role as a Sales-Oriented Calculator, you can expect diverse and demanding activities, including:

• Object calculation: Precise and transparent calculation of construction projects in line with our product strategy, especially in the area of prefabricated concrete elements.
• Offer preparation: Independent and accurate preparation of offers for various construction projects and tenders.
• Project development: Development of project variants as well as innovative, customer-oriented solutions in collaboration with our engineers and the sales team.
• Customer support: Consulting and negotiating with customers such as architects, construction companies, engineers, and general contractors.
• Project support: Active support and assistance of the developed solutions and offers until successful completion.
• Internal collaboration: Conducting and participating in meetings with colleagues from other departments such as assembly, production, project management, and planning.

Your profile:
You are a solution-oriented team player and convince us with:

• Professional experience: Completed vocational training in the main construction trade as well as several years of experience and appropriate further training, especially in cost calculation or construction management. Experience in concrete prefabrication is an advantage.
• Analytical skills: Experience in analyzing technical drawings and plans.
• Expertise: Deep understanding of construction processes and regulations, materials, and cost structures.
• Attention to detail: Eye for detail, high quality standards, and convincing argumentation skills.
• Language skills: Very good oral and written German skills.
• IT skills: Very good user knowledge of the MS Office suite.
