Activities

Independent management of demanding construction sites in garden and landscape construction
Deployment planning and professional leadership of a construction site team
Coordination of machinery, materials and suppliers
Ensuring high-quality and timely execution
Contact person for clients, architects and site managers
Surveying work and construction site documentation
Responsibility for occupational safety and compliance with quality standards
Assistance in the training of apprentices

Requirements

Completed training as a gardener EFZ in garden and landscape construction
Further training as a foreman or equivalent qualification
Several years of professional experience in a comparable role
Strong leadership qualities and organisational talent
Independent, reliable and solution-oriented working style
Driving licence category B (BE advantageous)
Enjoyment of customer contact and teamwork
