Your Tasks
As a health professional, you design and coordinate everyday life in your area of expertise and take responsibility for holistic, individual care and support of our residents.
Interdisciplinary collaboration is as natural to you as carrying out nursing measures, which you implement with high professional competence and empathy. You recognise changes in the condition of residents early and initiate the necessary steps to provide support.
You actively involve relatives and trusted persons in the care process and maintain a professional and empathetic approach. Depending on need, you take on further areas of responsibility such as daily responsibility in shift work. You are supported in your work by professionals such as the nursing and wound care expert and the palliative care coordinator.
Your Profile
- Education at secondary level (FaGe, FaBe, DNI, FASRK, elderly care worker, home care worker, etc.)
- Open and constructive personality
- Service and customer orientation
- Conscientious working method
