Your Tasks
• You are responsible for the professional development, implementation, and monitoring of the holistic quality management of the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts.
• You are responsible for the conception and implementation of the quality strategy in coordination with the university management.
• You coordinate developments between all departments, professionally lead their quality officers. In addition, you lead the Quality Development Commission.
• You advise executives, management bodies, and employees on quality assurance and development issues.
• You lead the institutional accreditation process of the university, coordinate and accompany university-wide evaluations, and generate the necessary control knowledge from them to define operational or strategic measures.
• You lead process management as well as the periodic risk management process.
• You contribute to the further development of quality management of the Swiss Universities of Applied Sciences within the framework of the Quality & Accreditation Commission (KQA) of the FH Chamber of swissuniversities.
Your Profile
• For this versatile role, you bring a university degree and experience in quality management or organizational development, ideally from the higher education context or a knowledge organization.
• You have pronounced strategic and conceptual skills as well as very good analytical and structuring abilities.
• You have consulting, moderation, and implementation competence.
• You bring project management experience.
• You are used to working independently to develop solutions and have the ability to communicate appropriately at different levels.
• You appear confident and have good assertiveness.
