As a Business Administration Assistant, you work directly with our CFO and play a central role in building and further developing our controlling. In addition, you gain exciting insights into HR and Finance and work on cross-departmental projects.

What you achieve
- Supporting the CFO in financial and business management matters
- Building and further developing controlling with key figures, reporting and analyses
- Creating well-founded decision-making bases for the department heads
- Gradually taking over the controller function
- Leading projects in the areas of digitalisation and process optimisation
- Collaborating in payroll, personnel administration and applicant management
- Supporting personnel processes and labour law issues
- Supporting financial accounting (e.g. closing tasks, reconciliations and evaluations)
- Interface to finance, HR, administration and IT
- Supporting administrative and coordination tasks
What distinguishes you
- Commercial basic training (EFZ)
- Completed further training as a business economist HF or FH in finance, HR or digitalisation is an advantage
- Hands-on mentality, strong implementation skills, pragmatic working style and understanding of SME structures
- Experience in finance, accounting and/or HR administration
- Enjoyment of numbers, analyses and business contexts
- Interest in reporting and BI tools
- Experience with ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Structured, independent working style and high discretion
