Export Clerk / Order Processing (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Service-oriented customer support together with the field service
Telephone and written advice on all customer enquiries
Independent quotation and customer order processing using SAP
Preparation of all shipping documents for export
Technical clarifications with internal departments as well as participation in sales projects
Order coordination as a hub in an exciting working environment
Qualifications:
- Commercial basic training
- Experience in order processing with export
- Good English skills, spoken and written (level B2)
- Technical flair
- Customer- and team-oriented behaviour
- Independent and precise working
- Very good MS Office skills
