Senior HR Specialist (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- You are the first point of contact for employees and managers in all personnel-related matters and independently manage defined areas throughout the entire Employee Life Cycle
- You write concise and appealing job advertisements, carefully pre-select applications, and conduct structured interviews in both blue-collar and management areas
- You accompany challenging personnel issues, conduct solution-oriented discussions with employees and supervisors, and serve as a trusted coach and advisor
- You maintain personnel master and payroll data in a four-eye principle and carry out monthly payroll checks in collaboration with our external payroll partner
- You contribute to the design and implementation of HR and OE projects, drive modern HR tools forward, and ensure the continuous development of our HR processes in line with ISO standards
- You represent HR management in their absence and actively engage in strategic issues with the aim of creating real added value for the organization and employees
Your profile
- You have a solid commercial or business education as well as recognized further training in the HR field, for example as a personnel specialist with a federal certificate
- You bring several years of professional experience in a comparable HR function, where you have taken on both operational tasks and advisory activities at eye level with managers
- You have solid knowledge in payroll administration, work detail-oriented and reliably, and are familiar with the relevant labor and social security regulations
- You work in a structured, independent, and responsible manner, think in a networked way, and find pragmatic solutions, even in complex situations
- You are digitally savvy, proficient in MS Office, and ideally familiar with SAP SuccessFactors and SwissSalary
- You bring a high level of social competence, communicate appropriately and discreetly, are fluent in German, and have practical English skills
