Responsible for providing critical support to the front desks by ensuring that all trade-related activities are properly captured, verified, and settled in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Verify and confirm trades executed by the front office, ensuring accuracy and completeness of trade details

Maintain accurate position records, reconcile trading activity against external sources (e.g. custodians, exchanges), and investigate any discrepancies

Coordinate with settlement teams to ensure timely and accurate settlement of trades, resolving any issues that may arise during the process

Provide data and analysis to risk management teams to help identify potential risks and exposures

Assist with audits, regulatory exams, and compliance reviews to ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements
YOUR PROFILE

Strong understanding of financial markets, instruments, and trading strategies

Voluntary corporate action experience, i.e., tenders, cap raises (rights issues), is essential
-
Sound knowledge of trade capture systems

Familiarity with regulatory requirements, such as EMIR, Dodd-Frank, and MiFID II
-
Proficient in MS Office and other software applications used by the department

Relevant experience in a trading-related role in back or middle office

High school diploma or equivalent required; university degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related field preferred

Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
