Diploma-qualified Nurse 50 – 100 %

• You regularly take shift responsibility and keep an overview of the department with a focus on dementia care
• As a key contact person, you accompany our residents individually, empathetically and professionally
• You assess care-relevant information, formulate nursing diagnoses and derive appropriate measures
• You organise, delegate and monitor care and support processes proactively
• Together with the team, you help shape a respectful, resource-oriented care culture

• A completed education as a diploma-qualified nurse HF, FH or equivalent
• Experience and deep interest in the field of dementia
• You bring the willingness to take responsibility and to act as a role model
• Interest in actively contributing to the continuous development of care processes and standards
• Openness to personal and professional growth
