Senior Sales Manager Vevey (m/f/d) 100%
What awaits you with us:
- You are responsible for the indirect distribution channel of our "fiduciary" partners.
- Acquiring new fiduciaries, as well as managing existing fiduciaries – from the first contact to establishing and developing a sustainable and long-term partnership – are among your main tasks.
- You also sell our entire product range to fiduciaries in your assigned region, whether it is training, software licenses, or applications from our Marketplace.
- Administrative tasks such as reporting, performance analysis, monitoring sales measures, and preparing sales documents are also part of your job, as well as participating in trade fairs.
- Your area of activity covers several cantons and requires travel.
What we require:
- You have basic training as well as continuing education in sales or business management.
- You have at least 4 to 5 years of professional experience in field service, partner management, or indirect distribution, preferably in the Swiss market.
- You have a real talent for sales, are skilled in negotiation and closing deals, and can communicate easily at all levels.
- Ideally, you have basic knowledge of financial accounting and payroll management, and the fiduciary sector is not unfamiliar to you.
- You are proactive, organized, autonomous, and goal-oriented.
- You enjoy teamwork. French is your native language and you have negotiation-level skills in English or German; Italian is an asset. You are flexible and ready to meet your clients on-site, with availability to travel in Switzerland about 60 to 80% of the time.
