Part-time and yet real responsibility.

Our client, GEWOBA, has been committed for over 60 years to affordable housing, lived community, and sustainable settlement development in Zug. As a non-profit housing cooperative, it creates attractive living space for its approximately 1,800 members. To complement the team, we have been exclusively commissioned to approach a dedicated and experienced individual.

Your main tasks

• Independent management of a diverse property portfolio
• Personal support of tenants and handling their concerns
• Responsibility for rentals, tenant changes, as well as apartment inspections and handovers
• Coordination of maintenance and repair work
• Participation in an upcoming initial rental
• Close collaboration with the managing director and support in cross-departmental tasks

Your profile

• Several years of practical experience in property management; further training in this area is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of the Immotop2 system
• Independent, conscientious, and structured working style
• Strong social skills and enjoyment in contact with people
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form (level C2)
