Spitex Braun in Waldkirch was founded with the vision of enabling a 61-year-old man, who lives with aphasia following a brain haemorrhage, to lead a fulfilling life in his own home. Individual and warm-hearted care, as desired by the relatives, is central.
Our team consists of five dedicated nursing professionals who care for and support the client during the day. In this family-like atmosphere, you can fully contribute your expertise and personality and directly enhance his quality of life.
Your tasks:
Your tasks are extremely varied, meaningful, and characterised by respect and humanity. In our familiar care team, you can personally contribute and play an important role in the patient’s daily life.
Care and support:
Ensuring and providing needs-oriented and professional care and support during your shift. Assist our client in everyday life and leisure activities, help him cope with his challenges, and promote his independence in daily life.
Activation:
Active participation in designing and implementing activities to promote an exciting and fulfilling daily routine.
Doctor and therapy appointments:
Organisation, coordination, and accompaniment of doctor and therapy appointments.
Household:
Support with domestic tasks such as cooking, shopping, and cleaning.
What we are looking for:
- You have training as a Health Specialist EFZ or Care Specialist EFZ.
- Experience in dealing with the specific challenges following a brain injury or with aphasia is a great advantage.
- You hold a category B driving licence.
- You are characterised by an independent, precise, and efficient working style as well as a high sense of responsibility. Your strong social skills, open and communicative personality, and team spirit ideally complete your profile.
What we can offer you:
- Meaningful and independent work:
With us, you get the chance to work independently and actively shape your working day. Extensive scope for action and design is available.
- Time for the client:
With us, you have enough time to fully concentrate on individual care and support.
- Family-like and motivated team:
You can expect a working atmosphere characterised by mutual respect, trust, and genuine teamwork.
- Work-life balance:
We listen and take your personal wishes into account so that you can optimally combine work and life.
- Attractive working hours:
Your shifts mainly take place on weekdays between 06:30 and 21:00. An external organisation ensures care at night – which means no night shifts for you.
- Free meals:
Enjoy free meals during your working hours.
