These are your tasks
- Independent planning, organizing, and conducting resource-oriented activation and daily life design offers in individual and group settings
- Planning, organizing, and conducting excursions and events for the residents
- Active participation in the further development of the "Life and Culture" area
- Taking over practical responsibility for a student training to become an Activation Specialist HF
- Supervision and guidance of civilian service personnel in activation and care
This is what distinguishes you
- Degree as Certified Activation Specialist HF and at least two years of professional experience
- Experience in the field of long-term care desired
- High independence, sense of responsibility, organizational skills, as well as an appreciative and empathetic attitude
- Creativity and openness to innovative ideas and approaches
- Good MS Office skills
