These are your tasks
- Independently planning, organising and conducting resource-oriented activation and daily life design offers in individual and group settings
- Planning, organising and conducting excursions and events for the residents
- Active participation in the further development of the "Life and Culture" area
- Taking on practical responsibility for a student training to become an Activation Specialist HF
- Accompanying and instructing civil service personnel in activation and care
This is what distinguishes you
- Qualification as a Certified Activation Specialist HF and at least two years of professional experience
- Experience in long-term care as well as in training students to become Activation Specialists HF
- High degree of independence, sense of responsibility, organisational skills as well as an appreciative and empathetic attitude
- Creativity and openness to innovative ideas and working approaches
- Good MS Office skills

Burgerspittel is the elderly institution of the Burgergemeinde Bern. In a refined setting, we offer care and support as well as numerous hospitality services for around 190 elderly residents. We cultivate a warm welcome culture and meet employees and residents openly and appreciatively.
