Responsibilities:
- Independent execution of accounting tasks
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to IFRS and Swiss GAAP
- Support in the implementation and maintenance of ERP systems as a key user
- Monitoring and analysing the company’s financial performance
- Preparation of budgets and forecasts in close coordination with department heads
- Ensuring compliance with financial and tax regulations
- Provision of financial reports and analyses for management
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial training with further qualification in finance and accounting or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in finance with confident handling of financial statement preparation
- Experience in using ERP systems
- Attention to detail and experience in staff management
- Analytical thinking and strong communication skills
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
