iwaz offers, as a social enterprise, assistance for residential, training, and work opportunities, acts as a service provider for industrial, rehabilitation technology, and social contracts, and serves as a venue for seminars, events, and gastronomic experiences in Wetzikon.

The venue features two catering areas with different focuses and clientele.
The iwaz Clubhouse offers enjoyable gastronomic experiences for private and public occasions with up to 200 guests for banquets, seminars, cultural, and business events. Our iwaz Bistro, designed as a self-service community catering, prepares up to 300 meals daily for employees, trainees, and residents of iwaz. As an integration partner, we provide professionally managed training positions and offer jobs for people with disabilities.

To expand our Bistro team, we are looking for a

Service Specialist 40% - 50% starting early August or by arrangement

• Daily responsibility in the service area with shifts in the early or late service according to the work schedule with the following possible shifts:
  6.00 – 15.00, 10.30 – 19.00, and 13.30 – 19.00, with varying shifts at weekends
• Supervising and guiding assigned employees with support needs in collaboration with the specialist in pedagogy
• Adherence to service standards as well as hygiene regulations according to HACCP

• Preferably a qualification as a restaurant specialist EFZ, EBA, or equivalent experience in service
• Good German language skills; additional foreign languages are a plus
• A friendly and professional demeanour with a strong focus on customer orientation
• Enjoyment of a lively operation and working with people with disabilities

• Timely information about shifts – monthly work schedule
• 30 minutes paid breaks and paid changing time
