Your Tasks
- You contribute to ensuring that residents enjoy professional and individual care and support daily
- Taking over daily responsibility in the department
- You keep the care documentation complete and independently
- You assist in the training of apprentices
- Your positive attitude contributes greatly to a good working atmosphere and a pleasant living environment for the residents
Your Profile
- Training as a Health Specialist EFZ
- You possess professional competence which you can apply even in complex situations
- You are helpful and open, have a natural demeanour, humour and curiosity
- You enjoy working with elderly people and are committed to the diverse tasks
- Good oral and written German skills
