• You support the care and assurance of customer support (incidents and service requests) by phone, remote maintenance, or on-site
• You perform qualified analyses, problem-solving, and documentation of support cases
• You carry out new installations and relocations of hardware
• You handle pending administrative tasks in the area of customer service and support and assist with IT projects

Your Experience

• You have solid IT knowledge in the form of an apprenticeship as an IT specialist or a technical basic education with IT further training
• You have an independent, reliable, and service-oriented working style
• You possess good social skills
• You are willing to perform, flexible, and a team player
• You have experience in support and customer contact (desired)
