Specialist: Financing

At the Financing Centre, we guarantee timely and high-quality processing of all financing transactions for our clients. Additionally, within the scope of our competencies and credit policy, we decide on a large portion of the financings and monitor the front-office competence transactions of the client advisors. Our financing division for private clients, consisting of around 70 members, handles challenging and diverse tasks in a dynamic environment.

• Accompanying financings of the "Private Banking" business unit
• Creating and processing financing procedures such as application preparations and processing, contract issuances, final processing, and other minor tasks
• Processing and managing all financing transactions
• Ensuring compliance with prescribed processes, quality standards, instructions, and competence regulations
• Supporting the advice and care of our sales team in all processing-related and legal questions
• Co-responsibility for the quality control of the created business cases

• Completed commercial training – banking sector experience is an advantage
• Good knowledge of real estate financing business and know-how in related areas
