Your Tasks- Leading, promoting, and further developing a team of around 15-20 customer and/or sales advisors
- Managing quality, productivity, and relevant key figures of the assigned customer projects
- Conducting coaching sessions, employee discussions, and monitoring with a focus on motivation, quality, and performance
- Ensuring smooth processes as well as conveying and continuously updating project-relevant specialist content
- Reviewing project goals, initiating appropriate measures in case of deviations, and preparing relevant reports
Your Profile
- Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
- Experience in sales, customer service, or contact centre environment, ideally with leadership experience
- Enjoyment in leading, motivating, and developing employees
- Empathetic, responsible, and goal-oriented personality with a strong awareness of quality
- Flawless German skills, good French or Italian skills are an advantage
