Your Tasks and Perspectives

• Patient scheduling in collaboration with the rehabilitation counsellors
• Obtaining prescriptions and cost approvals
• Coordination of admission appointments in rehabilitation clinics and organisation of transports
• Hub between the treatment team, rehabilitation counsellors, rehabilitation clinics and cost bearers
• Case intake and general telephone service

What You Bring to This Position

• Commercial or medical basic training (Medical Practice Assistant or Health Specialist)
• Professional experience in healthcare, preferably in hospital or health insurance
• High service orientation as well as independence and sense of responsibility
• High resilience
