As a modern retirement and nursing home with a family atmosphere, Länzerthus is home to 119 residents in need of care, mainly from the sponsoring communities of Rupperswil, Auenstein, Hunzenschwil and Schafisheim. Spread over 5 departments, around 140 employees provide their highly valued services daily for the residents, relatives and external visitors.Head of Dementia Department 80-100%
Tasks
- Ensuring professional care and support of a department with a maximum of 15 residents as well as day guests
- Advising, coaching and instructing around 15 employees
- Independent planning of work assignments
- Maintaining good contact with relatives and responsible persons
- Co-responsibility for the training of apprentices, in close cooperation with the education team
Requirements
- Qualified nurse HF and leadership training advantageous
- Solid experience in the field of dementia
- Good German skills in spoken and written form
- Communicative and open
