Training and Apprentice Supervisor Transport

About the job

Are you fascinated by the training of apprentices in the field of goods transport? In this role, you take responsibility for the practical support and promotion of our apprentices while ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. You can expect a varied and meaningful role as a training supervisor.

What you will achieve

• Responsibility for the practical training of apprentices in transport including recruitment and support of practical trainers
• Planning and implementation of the induction of new employees
• Organisation and delivery of training sessions and instructions
• Ride-alongs and coaching of apprentices and employees
• Close collaboration with the vocational training management and support of the involved departments to ensure practical training
• Creation of training materials
• Participation in projects

What you bring

• Education: Completed basic or further training
• Specialisation: as a road transport specialist - advantageous
• Professional experience: Diverse experience in transport
• Driving licence category C/E
• Strong communication skills, reliability and flexibility
• Pedagogical as well as methodical-didactic skills
• Willingness for further development and active shaping of processes
• Completion of a vocational trainer course or willingness to complete one
• Office skills and digital affinity
• German (B1)
